The history of the publisher began in 1986 with the launch of the magazine Guia Astral. Since then, it has been conquering its space in the Brazilian editorial market and currently occupies the second place in the national market:
- It has a 14% market share;
- It puts in newsstands every month more than 100 titles, of which more than 60 have a fixed publication schedule;
- In 2007, it reached the level of 33 million copies sold.

Adolescents
In this segment the magazines cover diversified content areas, such as music, fashion, beauty advice, behavioral subjects and the trends and news about what is popular with the teen public.
Astrology
The magazines are market leaders and are either monthly or annuals. The reader can check in each edition complete astrological predictions for the signs, as well as material about dreams, mysticism, and astral combinations. There is also a section where the readers can resolve questions with the astrologer JOÃOBIDU and check on the feelings, numerology, tests and posters of performers.
Culinary

Pre-teen

The Malu and Guia da TV magazines contain diversified content, with subjects relevant to the modern woman. They provide help for women in their daily, family and professional challenges with information that is of interest to this public.
